Clemson University OSA Chapter Update

The Clemson University OSA Chapter has been collaborating with the Center for Optical Materials Science and Engineering Technologies (COMSET) on a few projects and been fortunate enough to use their facility; Advanced Material Research Laboratories (AMRL) is located at 91 Technology Dr., Anderson, SC 29625. We are looking forward to the Frontiers in Optics (FiO) meeting in San Jose, CA on September 16-20, 2007. The Optics in the Southeast (OISE) in Greenville, SC on October 4-5, 2007 is planned to be a great event. We also plan to attend the Southeast Regional American Chemical Society (SERMACS) meeting in Greenville, SC on October 24-27, 2007. There is also a golf tournament we will participate at Furman on Wednesday, October 24, 2007, which will benefit the high school chemistry clubs in the South Carolina upstate.
